Most women think more products equals more glow. It makes sense. Your morning routine stretches across the counter, your skincare cabinet holds every serum you were promised would change things.
But the truth is less glamorous and more useful. Intensity can actually dull your skin. The routines that do the least damage to your barrier are the ones that do the most good.
